The U.S. Model 1863 Combination Tool (Experimental) appears on page 15 of the Rules for the Management and Cleaning of the Rifle Musket, Model 1863.  This tool consists of a mainspring vise, 3 screwdrivers, cone wrench, band spring and tumbler punch, and a combination wiper and ball puller.
